In Turbomare we aim to provide services to our customers, which will continuously satisfy their needs and requirements. These services involve repairs and sales of turbochargers and turbocharger spare parts which comply with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard as well as all the existing national and international laws and regulations.

The quality of products and services is, apart from the highly efficient and experienced personnel, closely linked to modern b
uildings and equipment and the constant effort to upgrade and improve them. Achieving this goal is the means to maintain the business as a reliable and competitive unit in our field but also for the continuous improvement and development.

This objective is achieved through the operation of our Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The Quality System and the objectives which originate from it are subject to constant review with a view to continuous efficiency improvement and adaptation of these (and all the activities that make up the system) to the needs and requirements of customers and the requirements of the sector in general.

The analysis of the results of internal audit activities and the information which is obtained from customers or other external sources are a valuable source of input to the Quality System in an effort to continuously improve.

The Management and Staff of Turbomare are bound by this policy and fully follow the Quality Management System of the company. The same policy is under constant review to ensure its suitability to the requirements of the Quality System and ensuring coverage of all the activities that make up the system.

Our Management System has been continuously audited and approved since the establishment of the company by the recognized Classification Society of Bureau Veritas, ensuring the company’s adherence to the strict quality and safety standards our customers require from us.
